So, after all the waiting finally watched it and it was one hell of an entertainer. I was waiting for this movie since 2007 when the word was out about a possible movie version of The Justice League and The Avengers was in development, well JLA didn't work out (although i would love to see it someday)but The Avengers did. Definitely it marks the beginning of the next level of superhero movies to come in the future and i felt the movie did a complete justice to The Avengers comic fans. Now if you have watched Captain America,Thor and Iron Man 2, then this movie will make more sense however if you haven't watched all or any of them still its not that you've missed something but off course you can relate yourself to the story more if you've done your homework,like i did. The story is about a group of superheroes, who have their own differences and grudges, put together by Nick Fury to save the earth. The movie starts with a bang but then slows down a bit, guess it was necessary for the plot to evolve but after the interval its not stop fun and the climax is the best of all the superhero movies i've seen so far. The script did a complete justice to all the characters with equal screen presence for each one of them rather than focusing on a particular superhero. Joss Whedon did a brilliant job in handling the project and story-telling, where it first shows conflict between The Avengers but gradually start working as a team. All the actors did justice to their roles including the supporting cast.The cinematography and the special effects were simply brilliant. Alan Silvestri's music was in sync with the story. Last but not the least Hollywood seems to be attached with India these days, who could have ever thought that the Hulk was living in India. All in all if you love superhero/action movies please don't miss this one.
